It’s that moment you realize you're struggling and, rather than plowing ahead, you pause...
Your mind deserves peace and focus.
To receive the full list I ask you to share your email with me. Before you do that here's a sample of what you will receive:
- Practice mindful handwriting or note-taking. Focus on the tactile aspects of writing or typing. It's a simply way to stay present.
- Notice how the meeting/conversation affected you emotionally and physically. Take a moment to center and ground before your next meeting. Move your body to disperse tension.
- Use your commute, even if it's only from the bedroom to the living room, for mindfulness practice. Rather than reaching for entertainment use the time to practice breathing or to scan and relax tension in your body.
- Apply mindful waiting to delays and interruptions. Use unexpected delays to notice your breathe, scan your body for tension, or simply observe your surrounding.
